Checking cover is the responsibility of the patient.
If you provide Dr Anderson with your full insurance details (Company, policy Number and authorisation or case number) for a UK based insurance company, we can send the bill directly to the insurance company on your behalf. However, if the insurance company do not pay in full then the patient is expected to settle the account and discuss it with the insurance company.
If the insurance company is based outside the UK you will be asked to pay and reclaim from your insurance company. |
