MEDICOLEGAL WORK |
| Generally, Dr Anderson receives instruction from both the NHS Litigation Authority, who represent defendants in legal action and also from Solicitors acting for potential claimants in Medicolegal Claims. He examines documentation which has been provided to him by the instructing party and base his opinions on the information contained therein. He understands that his ultimate duty is to the Court. He has been providing Medicolegal Reports for more than 10 years. |
